Put simply it doesn’t work. Surprised it’s not been removed from the App Store.

When I add my vin it says unable to retrieve information. As much as these vehicles cost there should be a working app.

I get a “temporary “ error that appears to be permanent. That is all I get. The app does nothing else. What is is suppose to do? It could be a good idea.

Server is never online. Completely useless. I think it’s been discontinued, and should probably be removed from AppStore.

Does not load
When I try to open the App it gives an error message. Called Genesis Support and they seemed to not be aware of the APP.
Useless
Unable to download the guides. It always reports a “Temporary Server Problem”. I’ve tried every day for a week. I emailed Genesis customer service but never got a reply.

Downloaded this app to use for my 2021 GV80, and it’s not even an option!

As an example to show the location of control without describing the function of it useless. For example one can just look inside the car and see the light button.

Why so limited ?
This would be awesome if it included all models of the Genesis, and not just the 2019 models. I just bought a 2013 Genesis sedan, downloaded the app, and was disappointed. Any chance we will see more models ?
Much better now. Now includes 2018 Models and the 2019 G70
Much improved since the updated app now includes 2018 models including the G80 5.0 Ultimate. Still does not include the huge Navigation system manual, but they are making progress. Keep going Genesis.

What’s the use of a guide that doesn’t include my vehicle? Genesis sent me a fancy gift package that included a “Genesis Owners Guide”, which suggested I download this app. Why, since the app doesn’t include my car!
No 2018 G80 Sport
I just brought home my second Genesis... First was a 2015 Ultimate and now a 2018 G80 Sport. Fabulous cars, but why it’s not reflected in this virtual guide is beyond me.

Does not include my G80 model
Right right at the start the app ask you to identify what model genesis car you own. Right now it only supports 2017 models. My model, the 2018 G 80 sport Coupe, was not available in 2017 so this app is useless for the G80 that I own.
