Site super riche mais application peu ergonomique.
On ne peut agrandir les cartes simplement avec 2 doigts, le contenu des espaces interactifs ne peut être déroulé en entier… quand on fait un achat de carte parlante elle n’est pas liée à celle inscrite dans notre base de donnée l… dommage que l’utilisation soit peu intuitive, cela demanderait sans doute d’être refondu et redevelppé complètement. Quant à la version pro mieux vaut passer par l’ordinateur… en espérant des améliorations, alors je dirais… à suivre.

This "app" is horribly designed. They took the web version and just tried to slap it into an app... it doesn't work well at all. 10/10 do not recommend.

Like so many other reviewers have mentioned, it’s works the first time you login and then next time it’s says logged in and does nothing.

The app doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t open past the first screen. The website is great, but I don’t carry my laptop around with me everywhere. I carry my phone around with me everywhere. So now I’m torn as to whether to get a membership on the website or not if the app is so horrendous

Was able to access the app one time for a short period to see how great it could be however haven’t been able to access it since. The web version works, but it’s not as seamless as the app appears to be to navigate.

I was initially able to download and open this app. But just like other reviews said, I used it once then could never get back in. It says “login successful” but never navigates to anything. I was so excited about this app and decided to ignore the old reviews because they were from years ago but…. Nope. All the old reviews are still accurate. I was really excited about it at first but barely got to use it. Very sad. If they ever fix it, I will be back in a heartbeat. Sending 💖

Powerful but very bad UI
There’s no denying it’s incredibly powerful. There’s not much you can’t do providing your subscription is adequate. The issue is the user interface is severely lacking. It’s confusing at every turn. Some attention to detail to make things “nice” to use, such as a welcome screen, sufficient padding and alignments, a list of charts shown upon first logging in, and a menu with labels so you don’t have to tap to find out what they are, would make this a pleasurable app to use. At the moment it’s like using windows 95 on a Mac. Sorry to the devs; I can see you worked hard, but please hire a designer/UI professional to polish this; you’ll get a lot more recommendations. Currently I am at a loss to even find the feature I paid for (lunar transit).

Looks like a great app but it doesn’t open. So therefore, I can’t even use it.
Login Successful but Wont Open
The Genetic Matrix website, is fantastic. The app was initially wonderful as well. But for the last couple months I have not been able to open the app. It will say ‘log in successful’ but never move beyond that page. I offloaded and reloaded the app, it asked for my info to remake my foundational chart, but when I went to press ok, it would never work. I’m hoping the creators can figure out how to remedy these issues because this app was an incredible resource at the beginning when it worked.

Buggy
Couldn’t even create a chart. The app won’t even open now. Might be an isolated incident, might be a problem. All I know is that the app doesn’t work for me.
Needs a lot more work
App doesn’t work after you close it. Just gets frozen on the login screen. No buttons, nothing—just the logo & a graphic of a key. Would love to keep using it but literally can’t lol. Fix it. Until then, I’m deleting.

I have the pro version of genetic matrix through the actual website and tried to get the free update for plants etc which didn’t seem to happen either…saw the “get on App Store” for this ragged program so I got the “App” and it’s terribly flawed, full of bugs…couldn’t (+ or -) increase the size for better viewing and options for other features (too many to name here!) simply were null. Why not beta test this extensively before throwing it out here and wasting our time. I’m frustrated (MG 1/3) so will move on and leave this crap behind which will satisfy me ;) Good luck to tge rest of y’all.
