Major fix - app freeze on startup The app would freeze or show a white screen on restart, especially after a period of inactivity: the JavaScript context stayed frozen with an expired session. Now: clean automatic reload when returning to the foreground after more than 5 minutes in the background, and the launch screen has a safety ceiling (10 seconds) that bypasses any block. Startup is now smooth and reliable. Performance - near-instant display New cache architecture for the team (players, stats, staff): served in under 100 milliseconds instead of several seconds of scraping. SBL standings and schedule cached for 24 hours and pre-warmed at 04:00 nightly: no user suffers the slow first load of the day. Shop: 1-hour cache for products, categories and variants (initial load from 8.5 seconds to 0 seconds, instant). LinkedIn feed (1 hour), Facebook posts (30 minutes) and news: refreshed in the background, with no reload on each navigation. Global React Query (data valid for 5 minutes): re-navigations instantly reuse already loaded data, with no network call. Experience and reliability Smoother page transitions, more stable resumes. Sharp drop in external network calls: data and battery savings, and an end to timeouts.
