Very useful app, my child has been benefit a lot
Many thanks to Geniebook. My child has improved a lot for all of her 4 subjects - English, Maths, Science and Chinese.
I would recommend this to my friends. Using it correctly is the key for success.

Every change they make to the app makes it worse.
Taken away ability for parent to manage worksheet due dates. So now once due date is passed, worksheets are expired and credit is used up.
They also took away from the report so parent don't know what AL grade the learner completed the worksheet.

Landscape mode
Please enable landscape mode for Parents app as some parents does use mobile devices like phone or tablets . This will improve the ease of using and navigating through the app.
Weak app, still in beta, far behind Khan academy
Updated 22/2. One month later. Just BS from the developer below. Still waiting for the answer on this. Let’s get a refund set up please. The communication from you guys is extremely weak. I’m getting emails as though I’m the student. I am not. The parent app treats me like a student. I am not. The students get nothing, no email, no notification. What a load of rubbish. I have no idea whether your content is any good because your dashboarding is non existent please deal with this urgently or generate a full refund

No notifications, no progress updates, no reports on bubbles earned,no reports on weak areas to concentrate in future, basically no reports that are any use to parents at all, no emails or notifications received with any advice so far, potentially useful but pretty weak in the current beta state and not worth 4K. WhatsApp responses are fast but can’t address key failings in the build :-( Updated : in response to developers comments : yes I have the parent app. It’s weakly structured and includes all courses, not just the ones signed up for. It’s difficult to navigate and has none of the features I already listed above as missing.

Gimmick!! Be careful!
Not recommended.. salesman is dishonest as never revealed everything in details.
Children will be in control of churning out worsheets too and they are motivated to do as many as possible as they want to get the bubbles. I am shocked as the worksheets suddenly depleted so much and when I asked to reverse as I think my kid did not really do the worksheets purposefully, geniebook asked me to buy more worksheets .. these worksheets are all useless as the kids using them to churn out bubbles. The kids can adjust the diFficulty levels so if they do that because of wrong motivation parents are just funding their addictions in collecting bubbles for games purposes such as robox, mobile legend, etc. So parents be careful. I find geniebook is dishonest in the way they market it and also how they regulate the app. Kid app has the total worsheets left but parent app not indicated.. very fishy and very wrong!
They lure kids and in turn they are the ones that begging parents to subscribe. I wasted the money. It’s better to go for normal tuition. Hope parents will think thrice before subscribing.
