Language and sign-in frustrations
I’ve mostly loved this app so far. However, there seems to be some confusion between English and Spanish in the code. My preferred language is set to English and the lectures I’m recording have only ever been in English. However, some of these lectures, when processed, are transcribed into Spanish, which of course is not useable for someone who isn’t fluent in Spanish. And when I tried to contact support, I was only given the option to sign into the website with my phone number or with google. Problem is, I created my account with my Apple information. So I have no access to the support team. And the support website is a strange mix of English and Spanish. I have a lecture that won’t process, which is VERRRRRRY frustrating when I’m relying on the lecture recording to fill in the gaps in my notes….the main reason I decided to pay for the app!! And I have a number of lectures that have processed but the app won’t create either a summary, study notes, or flashcards. And I often don’t have access to the lecture recording (to listen back when the transcript is clearly inaccurate). So much promise in this app, so much frustration. Especially when it’s not an inexpensive annual subscription for college students.
