About

Genius Fleet Management (GFM) is the inspection and shop companion for fleets that run their own trucks, trailers, and equipment. It's built for the people who keep the wheels turning: the yard manager walking the lot at 6 a.m., the shop staff turning wrenches, and the office keeping it all on record. This is a tool for fleet businesses. Your company sets up the account, adds your vehicles and your crew, and decides who can do what. There's no personal sign-up. You log in with the credentials your fleet administrator gives you. WHAT YOU CAN DO Run an inspection in the yard Pick a vehicle, walk the checklist, and mark each item pass or fail. Photograph anything that needs attention, log the odometer, and submit. The flow is built for one hand and a phone in a cold parking lot, not a desk. Work offline, sync later Inspections and photos save to the device the moment you capture them. Out of signal at the back of the yard? Nothing waits on the network. The record uploads on its own once you're back in range. Turn defects into work A failed item doesn't vanish into a PDF. Defects carry over to the shop so nothing slips between the walk-around and the repair. Keep the history Every inspection stays searchable: by vehicle, by date, by who ran it. When you need to show what was checked and when, it's already there. See what's assigned to you The My Work tab lays out what's on your plate, so the crew knows what's next without chasing paper. ROLE-BASED, AND KEPT SEPARATE Admins, shop staff, and yard managers each see the part of the operation that's theirs to handle. Your fleet's data is isolated to your company at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. GFM's mobile app is where the field work happens. The office side of the platform handles work orders, parts, invoices, and reporting. To use this app you need an account with a fleet that runs Genius Fleet Management. If that's something your company could use, reach out through the support link below.
