🤨
Crashes every time I open it
Broken Update
Updated the app yesterday and can no longer open it. I’ve deleted, and redownloaded with no success. Please fix asap.
Unreliable
This app we use to run 18 locations. It’s very unreliable and processes reports very slow. The new update made it so the app crashes every time you open it.
Instant crash on ios27
App crashes instantly on iOS 27. Have deleted and redownloaded, same behavior. Other users in our system are reporting same.
Terrible
Honestly, I’ve never seen such a poorly working app….constantly crashing, bugging, rarely works.
Slow and buggy
This app is slow and is infested with bugs.
I like to use the key stats function the most but more than half the time when I try to check the day’s stats the whole app glitches and then turns black. I have deleted and re-downloaded, logged out and logged back in, turned my phone and and off, tried all these steps in different orders, and tried other buttons to see if they would work but to no avail. There are also some features to be desired, and other useful stats that I’d like to see.
Idea: It would be cool to have an alert sent to my phone if a day’s hour was trending toward being a certain percentage or dollar amount higher or lower (user would select % threshold) than the same hour the week before (user could select time/date comparison).
