Have deleted and reinstalled still won’t show the loyalty bit which is the whole point utterly useless and they don’t respond to emails. Am completely unable to collect any points. Can’t get a physical card anymore as saving plastic but a bit pointless if the app doesn’t work. Bly ever hear people complaining about it
