Can’t see contests after disqualifying one reel.
You’ll receive an email about one of your postings in a contest not meeting their criteria. Shortly after you won’t be able to see the contests at all. You won’t hear back from support. I’m unsure if I’m suspended, or they just banned me for this one time. A suspension would be nice as this is new to some people. I was actually making some quick cash with this. Disappointing.

Only good when they actually pay you, they will never respond to your emails
It’s a good app until they decide to literally not pay you for some of the competitions you win. I’m owed a total of seventy dollars. Keep in mind, I won these competitions by hitting top 40, top 10 etc and received emails telling me so. Don’t bother with emailing them as they literally never reply. I’ve been emailing for almost two months trying to chase up on my payments. If you don’t receive your money within 3-5 days, just assume you’re never getting it, because it’s as good as gone. App is only good when it works. Terrible customer service, App is jarring to use with some features and buttons not even working. Like for example, the tab that shows you if you’ve been paid for competitions or if the payment is still pending. How convenient. You can get money off of this app, don’t get me wrong, but it’s annoying knowing that there’s a possibility that you could literally win one hundred dollars, not be be paid and just know that you won’t receive any sort of help from the nonexistent customer service.

I love the Genni app! I’ve found competitions to enter on their Preffy side and have made a decent living on the side from these influencer campaigns - the payments come quick and I’ve been able to grow my following through the work I’m doing on the Genni app.

Great way to make extra money
I’ve been using the platform for a couple years now. I make a good living promoting products and music from their offers. Very simple to use. I even got free tickets to go to a private Dolly Parton event from Genni.
Contests won’t load
My contest page will not load and hasn’t been loading for at least a month now and customer service is no where to be found. I have sent several emails and have heard nothing back.

The worst customer support ever to walk the face of apps
They will never ever respond your messages. Too condescending to respond to their users. I have never seen a worse customer support than this one. Terrible app too! I cannot access the contest page! Loads like forever!

Loads of bugs
I lost several contests just because of bugs. One time they didn’t count my 3d post, another one they didn’t update all submissions in time and then just closed the campaign then they closed the campaign 4 hours later they should have been🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
Glitch makes it not worth it
When I first joined this app, it was really good and I earned a decent chunk of money with no problems! However, a recent glitch has meant that even after your videos are uploaded and approved, they suddenly disappear out of nowhere meaning that you video isn’t counted and you miss out on earnings. Haven’t been able to use it therefore for the last few weeks.
