Pretty Helpful
Overall, this app works pretty well! I get notifications every time a transaction is happening, though it’s a little late at times, that’s to be expected. The only thing I would complain about is the Face ID option for signing in, and sometimes signing in takes a bit of time. It let me sign in immediately after setting it up, but when I tried to later it said it wasn’t working and booted me off the app. It didn’t let me sign in at all. But, when I signed in the necklace morning, it let me through because it asked if I want to give the app access to Face ID, which I had already agreed to the day before, but happily declined. After this I was able to sign in normally. Wish it would work for convenience, but it’s not a huge deal if it doesn’t. Other than that no notes.

I have been with Genoa Bank for a long time and I am very happy with their online services and the app. I use the app daily to check balances, move money around & deposit checks . I use other banking apps and in my opinion their app is one of the easiest to use . Clean and simple !

Quick, secure, and very easy to navigate.
not the best app
This app is helpful at times, but overall Genoa bank is outdated and needs major improvements. You can’t immobile deposit checks like every other bank, their systems go down and the app won’t work, you can’t call technical support if the bank is closed. The app doesn’t load correctly anymore and it seems to go down for a few days at least every month.

Love the online banking
The GenoaBank app is awesome. It is sooo convenient for me. I rarely have to go inside the bank anymore. I can deposit checks into my account and move money around from my different accounts. I can do it all with ease 😊
white screen
always get a white screen when trying to open the app won’t even work
Direct Deposit
This app is wonderful and user friendly. Be sure to keep all checks because at times a check will not go through and fail to deposit. The last time I had this happen I did not get a failed deposit notice.
Doesn’t work under iOS14
Just white screen and nothing else.
Opening
The app always locks me out at least once a day and acts like my stuff doesn’t exist. It’s really inconvenient and honestly probably gonna switch to Huntington
