I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. My old phone where i had my previous account broke and it was an android. I got a new iphone and my stuff didn’t transfer so i’m a bit upset about it since i had been building Varka and Itto. I don’t kinda like how there’s no option to skip the tutorial at the beginning. But other than that it’s a great and enjoyable game.

Get over yourselves, Genshin writers
Story mode is ruining the game for me due to all the inane unskippable dialog. HSR and ZZZ allow skipping dialog scenes. Most games do. Genshin writers need to get over themselves and allow players to skip their boring and tedious stories. I’m not spending any money on Hoyo games until they do. Update: Genshin writers are obviously feeling the pressure, and made a big deal about speeding up dialog rendering by 1/20th of a second, so now instead of 10 minutes being the minimum time to get through a dialog scene, it takes 9.5 minutes. They are so desperate for people to like their writing, they’ll do anything to avoid adding a skip button. Update: now they’re making end-game content powercreep like HSR. Used to be Genshin was GOAT at F2P balance, not anymore. I never bothered with 12th floor in Abyss, but now I can’t even clear 11.

Every end game content is just shill bs. It’s not even fun. If you don’t have one specific team out of the entire game then you’re just screwed. Terrible game.

This game is so fun to play and I love that you can play in such a pretty open world with your friends! The art quality is so nice! 🤤 I love that you keep coming up with different regions and characters. I’d love to see more Genshin merch all around the world so I’ll support this game with all my heart!!! 😛✌️❤️

horrible pay2win
This game is so money hungry dont play it. There’s barely any rewards. You grind for hours and end up with three pulls. The spiral abyss is pay2win. You would have to throw money to the game just to clear floor 12 chamber 1. Not even, you can’t clear floor 11 (during the current one) without c6! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. The devs dont care about us. They will NOT listen and everything will only be pay2win in the future.

Stupid game for stupid babies
I’m so irritated I’m leaving my first review in my six years of playing. It’s already really hard to get primogems at a good rate unless you spend on battle pass and welkin, and I have had welkin every month for years. The only respite we had was abyss, which was pretty easy up until floor 12 became pay to win. I was still fine with that, but apparently now you can’t even do floor eleven because you need to have the crowd control of literal god himself. Never in my years of playing have I ever seen an abyss patch this absurdly made, and whoever decided this was a good idea needs to be fired and removed from the country entirely. Will not be getting another dollar from me in the future since you guys decided to care more about locking everything behind whaling.

why is floor 11 impossible to beat i've been doing it for 5 hours and can't 36* but floor 12 i got 36* first try?? the power creep is awful. don't even bother playing if you like competitive content
Disappointed
(09/16/26) i was in the middle of writing my review and my screen closed. So now i am just going to leave this review with zero explanations. The game sucks, forces increase difficulty. New heros unlocked from unexplored zones you can’t really level. Basically you’re stuck with a core of heroes you don’t like and are forced to play with. I will not be playing anymore.
