Biggest waste of time, money and effort when using this app. They say you have to wager the winning 10x which I then did and then when I logged back into my account the money had disappeared. The customer support is honestly one of the worst I’ve seen. I had an active bonus on my account that I needed to cancel to withdraw my own money, and the system refused to let me cancel it. It kept telling me to “contact customer service,” but there is no real human support available. The AI assistant stopped replying completely, and there was no option to speak with an actual person.
I’ve been waiting for help, and nothing. It’s unbelievable that a casino handling real money can’t offer basic customer support. I still cannot access my withdrawal because of their system issue.
