Gentium Staff

Gentium Staff is a private operations app for accredited event teams. Airport, train, hotel, driver, on-site, and intra-muros staff can sign in with their assigned account to manage guest arrivals and departures, view transfer assignments, scan QR codes, confirm check-ins, and follow live operational updates. The app provides guest lists, transfer details, routing and hotel information, live coordination tools, and push notifications to help teams deliver smooth event operations during events and conferences. Access is restricted to authorized staff accounts created by the event organiser.
