Cannot restore previous purchases via Apple

I cannot restore my previous purchases nor read previous magazines that I had already downloaded. Also, when clicking on the “communicate with us” link, it does not work. You cannot even advise Geo Histoire that there is a problem.

I’m unable to renew the subscription to the magazine. For the last two years I used the Apple ITunes to do it, but now I cannot do it. I have also lost access to the issues I purchased. Any suggestions?

J'achète certains numéros, et quelque un ne peuvent être lu. Géo Histoire pointe très vite du doigt I-Tunes. I-tunes m'a remboursé, THANK YOU I-TUNES, et m'a avisé de ne pas acheté ce magazine étant donné que Géo Histoire a des problèmes qui ne sont pas résolus.
