Tried restarting phone multiple times and the app keeps freezing

Useless

This is a total waste of money, purchased to follow a couple of friends on the Babble ride across Britain and just doesn’t work, thought one of our friends were having problems with a estimated time of 17 hours when in reality they were already at the finish check point for the day.

Bad enough if free but £3.99 is a joke.

No sorting features whatsoever for male/female runners or any other metrics for race positions. If I didn’t have to pay for the app I would understand but to pay for crappy quality? Feels like a rip off👎🏼

Rubbish

Paid for & downloaded the app to track my runner as part of his support crew. App kept freezing. Useless. Everyone else who used the free link to track their runners had no issues. I switched to the free link to track. Much better. I know it’s only £3.99, but you’d be as well using the free link for these races. This app doesn’t work as it should and is a waste of money and time. Hugely disappointing and very frustrating.
