Use the app to manage assigned jobs, view your schedule, follow service instructions, submit proof-of-work, communicate through approved job channels, and track credentials. With Geoffrey Service Provider, authorized providers can: • Activate an invited Geoffrey provider account • View daily and weekly job schedules • Acknowledge assigned work and manage job status • Use location-based arrival confirmation • Follow service-specific SOP checklists • Upload required completion photos • Message the concierge through job-scoped chat • Manage credential and insurance documents • Sync job appointments with supported calendars Geoffrey Service Provider is for approved providers and workers only. You must be invited by Geoffrey or your service provider company to activate an account.
