Used to be free to a certain degree where you could play single player monuments/famous places. Now you can only play one round of daily challenges. Uninstalling. Geogussr might as well make the download cost money!!,

Wanted to challenge myself, downloaded the game just to be able to play one time a day and any other game mode is locked behind a subscription, I’m just trying to guess locations man, it’s really cheap but I don’t feel like I should have to pay for a mobile game about guessing locations around the world, honestly uninstalling

I loved playing this game a few years back. Downloaded it again to give it a shot and bam everything is behind a monthly pay wall. I get the devs need an income but let me pay once. Uninstalled as daily challenges are not fun.

Missing essential features after paying
Why can I not play custom maps in the app? It doesn’t make sense that such a simple feature would not be implemented. Worse still, the only way to find this out is after paying for a subscription. With such a limited official map pool, this makes the app worthless and bordering on a scam.

That’s just ridiculous. Before you could play without paying, with some limits tho, but now after daily challenge you have to pay to play, not even for an advertisement or whatever, just pay. Developers are so greedy. I liked this app a lot long before. Now just hate it.

Glitches& Cheaters
I used to enjoy playing duels, now I’m only playing against people who magically guess the right city& street everytime, better than what I’ve seen the pros do in competitions. It’s ridiculous, it’s full of PC cheaters and no one is doing anything about it. Not worth the money anymore. Also the mobile app glitches a lot, black screen or timer suddenly runs out with no warning.
