Too glitchy
This app is great when it works. It’s slow and clunky. It gives errors too often and takes forever to process changes. Very aggravating
Payment issue
I worked a date but it wasn’t listed on the app. The recruiter paid me late and totally stopped all communication. I think his issue was the work hours he wanted versus the client’s request.

This is such an amazing software to use! The customer support team is also amazing if I have any issues which is awesome.

Their GEOH is very easy to learn and use! Highly recommend if you’re looking for easy to work with EVV vendor!
Best Home Care App
This is the easiest system to use for EVV and all things home care. My caregivers love it, they get me paid for every unit thanks to their billing team, and they help me every time I have questions. 10 stars!

Had to turn the phone off and on unable to sign in
Everyday I continue to have problems signing in this is a constant problem
App not working properly
I have to close the app and restart it multiple times in order for it to save my information for my client. This is been happening ever since the last update, please fix it.
