Never received payment…

I don’t believe the app is capable of receiving customer support requests, or calls. Waited on a withdrawal and it never came but they did take the money and I wasn’t able to refund to customer.. anyone know how to fix this or am I just out of luck.

These people are scammers. They stole my money. I reached out to their nonexistent “support team” 3+ times and never received a response. DO NOT USE!

Cannot say worst things about this app. If you try to reach out to them for any type of support they won’t answer. I’ve probably sent 7+ emails to get help with a refund and they refuse to respond. They are stealing your money.
