GeoLink Inspection helps international collectors purchase Brazilian natural stones with greater transparency, confidence, and professional quality control. Buying minerals from overseas can involve uncertainty about authenticity, quality, condition, and whether the specimen received matches what was offered. GeoLink connects buyers, sellers, and accredited inspectors in an organized workflow that documents each stage of the transaction. Sellers can list natural stones with photos, weight, price, color, origin, dimensions, and detailed descriptions. Buyers can review available specimens, negotiate directly with sellers, and register their purchase through the GeoLink app. How It Works 1. Find your seller Find a mineral seller in Brazil and agree on the specimen and commercial terms directly with the seller. 2. Register the purchase Once the specimen and terms are agreed upon, register the transaction through the GeoLink app. 3. Professional inspection The seller sends the mineral specimen to an accredited inspector. The inspector carefully examines the piece and prepares a detailed report documenting relevant characteristics, condition, quality, color, clarity, visual balance, and other observations. 4. Buyer approval The buyer reviews the inspection report and decides whether to proceed with the purchase. 5. Shipment and delivery After the purchase is approved and the seller confirms the stone payment, the inspector sends the specimen to the buyer. GeoLink keeps shipment information and tracking codes organized throughout the process. Pre-shipment service Before final shipment, GeoLink can perform a pre-shipment inspection to verify that the approved specimen is the same piece being prepared for delivery and that it is properly documented and packaged. Payments GeoLink does not process payments inside the app. Inspection services are arranged and paid directly to GeoLink outside the app, including by Zelle or wire transfer where available.
