Hello Reviewer, Thank you in advance for taking the time to review my app. I hope you have a wonderful day! --- USER SAFETY AND MODERATION FEATURES - Reporting Content - Long-press on any ChatSpot message to trigger the report feature - Tap a user's avatar in a ChatSpot to report the user directly - Flags can be reported via the flag detail sheet - Choose from predefined reasons (Inappropriate, Spam, Offensive, Fake) or enter a custom reason - Reports are sent to moderators for review and action - Account Management - "Delete Account" option available in the Profile screen - User must type their nickname to confirm deletion - Upon confirmation, the account and all associated data are permanently removed from our systems - User Bans - Moderators can ban users for severe or repeated violations - Banned users cannot log back in and their credentials cannot be reused - Blocking Users - Tap on a user's avatar and select "Block User" - A confirmation dialog appears before the block is applied - Blocked user content will no longer be visible - The blocking action is immediate and persists across sessions - Users can view and unblock blocked users from Profile settings - User Verification & Access - Email verification required upon sign-up - Sign-in options include Google, Apple, or Email + Password - Password reset and "Resend verification email" available on the login screen - Data Protection - All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS - Secure data storage using Firebase with encryption at rest - No personal data is sold or shared with third parties - Full compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations - Privacy Policy & Legal - Privacy Policy, EULA, and Terms & Conditions are linked in the Profile screen - Also available on our website: - https://geomates.app/privacy-policy - https://geomates.app/terms-and-conditions - https://geomates.app/eula - Support: geomates.app@gmail.com
