Honestly so time consuming. Always logging out, takes forever to load jobs, have to double update statuses of jobs etc. Schedule gets days wrong. Trough and trough just a trash app. Good start would be changing your (units/ hours) to normal minutes . Instead every 5mins = 8units.

Barley adequate for needs, could be great app with more features such as ability to store old jobs in files and not open all old invoices and reports every time app is opened

Doesn’t work
Excessive waste of money
Could be better for what it is.
Too time consuming looking for the jobs and trying to complete and enter info.
It could be streamlined in a few ways so it’s easier to use daily. All the time you spend working around the bugs doesn’t help.

Frustrated user
It’s really frustrating when you can’t upload anything or set timers and job status. It would be really good if we could upload videos and more than one picture at a time and be able to in large pictures from the iPhone.

Issues and no support
Have had issues they seem to not be able to fix. Have not upgraded to simple things that would help. Support has been looking into a fix we have for over 12 months and seem to have no idea what they are doing to fix it.
They need some tech’s to fix the program and make better. Going backwards.

Geo Trash
Constant logging out, important job data wiped after it states it has been saved then randomly comes back afterwards, black screens when looking for clients or company details, crashing when app is on stand by, slow syncing of new jobs or information between users within the same company, etc etc....

Getting worse
Hard to believe but this system is actually getting worse. I have a busy business that relies on GeoOp to work and as the administrator I find it incredibly frustrating. I currently I can’t load new clients in so I can’t get jobs out for them. Invoicing is a nightmare..... and don’t expect a call from an account manager they don’t exist. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone at GeoOp for years. Don’t expect a rebate when the system screws u up either. There are much better systems around.

When it goes wrong it’s bad
Sometimes there is nothing you can do. Black screen nothing happens and then “close app”. Uninstalled 3 or 4 times tonight give up. So when it decides to be awkward and not work it’s a pain. After an hour give up better things to do,
Poor Support
We have been with these guys for about 8 years, the support used to be good. Now it is very non existent. If you are looking at running your business with this app, make sure you can also run it manually. The poor support has really affected our business and these GEOOP people don’t care!

We have used GeoOp for a number of years in the last year we have had so many issues ... today no staff can log on at all so back to the dark ages ... tech support doesn’t help and always takes ages to respond... we will be switching to different software platform...
Minor changes for a big improvement
Have been using this system for about 4-5 years and love its simplicity, however one of the most irritating things is not being able to enlarge/zoom in on photos , you have to screen shot the photo then enlarge , and would like to see customised colours added ( not just green , orange and red ) ones that we can customise with its own heading . I have asked for the photo enlarging now for 4 years and nothing ever happens , come on Geoop it must be able to be done
