Very unpleasant to use
Have had problems with this app for a long time now. Deleted and reinstalled etc. Scrolling through a page you’ll get so far and it will go back to the homepage. When scrolling through children’s clothes by age, if I add to my basket it closes and rather than return to where I was it goes back to the homepage. It lags when selecting filters.

I love shopping with George, but I’ve been finding for at least a year now the app has started to lag, sign me out and mess around allot. I’ve deleted the app multiple times and also reset everything, nothing has changed. Hopefully this could soon be rectified. Many thanks

App has been glitching
The app has been glitching so much recently, I cannot click on a product without the app shutting down on me or going back to home page. It’s getting really difficult to use now
Glitching constantly
I love browsing to see what’s new in, but I simply cannot use this app anymore. If it’s not reminding me somethings in my basket, it’s going back to the home page by itself. Or if you’re looking for something, click to look at something closer then go back it again goes back to the home page! It’s simply unusable. I never write reviews but I am so irritated I had to.

As soon as you click on something it glitches and you’re back at the top or on another page, it’s the same with the web browser, puts me off purchasing.

I had to resort to the app as Asda direct won’t load. All my other websites load so the problem is their end. This app is just as glitchy. Asda (George) you are losing custom by not fixing the website and App issues!

Rubbish app. Took several attempts to set up an account. When you find an item you’re looking for the app suddenly reverts to home page and you have to start all over again.

This has to be THE WORST App ever. It constantly freezes or just crashes. I have issues every time I log-in…why it doesn’t remember your log-in is beyond me…just invest in Face Recognition 🙄
Generally a great App.
As a whole I like the app. Easy to use and order. The only let down. Which lost the star. Is when looking through larger amounts. Such as sales or items with more quantity of items. Constant skipping back to the start puts you off looking through.
Frustrating
Just read the above review and I can’t agree more. You search for an item, add filters, scroll through. Click into an item for more details, try and go back and it takes you straight to the home page again where you have to input your search from scratch! It doesn’t even show previous searches, just those trending.! Time and time again. This isn’t a new issue and very surprised it hasn’t been addressed by now. I’m losing the will 🤨

The app is TERRIBLE
App keeps crashing
The app constantly crashes and takes for ever to load. If I click back to look at other items it automatically refreshes or kicks you out of the app which is annoying. I just don't use it anymore as it's so frustrating.
