Doesn’t load
Can’t even search items, as nothing loads, at first I thought it was my wifi but all my other apps are fine and this app works apart from the search engine. How am I supposed to shop if I can’t even look at clothes?

How frustrating…..
I Was looking forward to going through app to buy a few things from the new selection and the sales but the screen keeps jumping to top of page when scrolling. I even tried scrolling really slow thinking that might help but unfortunately not. Please try and fix so we, the consumers, can enjoy the experience, can’t be helping your sales either. 😥

Prevents me from ordering
For YEARS this app has been horrendous. I love George, but I cannot access the online website on my Apple devices for some reason- so have to rely on the app. The app is glitchy and laggy and causes my phone to overheat. You literally cannot scroll because it’ll glitch and send you to the top. You add to your basket and it’ll freeze and won’t add. You go to your basket and it’ll remove things, change things. You really cannot have a good service with this app. I have spent thousands over the years from George- but now I avoid at all costs due to this app experience

Ordered these 28th May for next day delivery, not delivered so called helpline who advised me that there was an issue and to wait for another week. Spoke to helpline 22June as still not delivered !! Cancelled order and re-ordered but lost the discount as they were previously on sale !!
