App keeps crashing
The app constantly crashes and takes for ever to load. If I click back to look at other items it automatically refreshes or kicks you out of the app which is annoying. I just don't use it anymore as it's so frustrating.
App is glitching again
This app is ridiculous it used to be ok but now it’s constantly glitches and slow it’s awful looking thought sale randomly puts u back at the beginning page won’t load keeps getting stuck. All the money Asda get they can’t even bring out a descent app where most people shop these days.

Persistent Glitch
There’s a glitch that makes it impossible to scroll without the page randomly refreshing and taking you back to the top. Difficult to use and can’t be bothered to even browse / buy anything because of how annoying it is!
Need fixing the bugs
The app is two slow and when I want to check out and press on bag option is keep going back to main page

Can’t even search items, as nothing loads, at first I thought it was my wifi but all my other apps are fine and this app works apart from the search engine. How am I supposed to shop if I can’t even look at clothes?

How frustrating…..
I Was looking forward to going through app to buy a few things from the new selection and the sales but the screen keeps jumping to top of page when scrolling. I even tried scrolling really slow thinking that might help but unfortunately not. Please try and fix so we, the consumers, can enjoy the experience, can’t be helping your sales either. 😥

For YEARS this app has been horrendous. I love George, but I cannot access the online website on my Apple devices for some reason- so have to rely on the app. The app is glitchy and laggy and causes my phone to overheat. You literally cannot scroll because it’ll glitch and send you to the top. You add to your basket and it’ll freeze and won’t add. You go to your basket and it’ll remove things, change things. You really cannot have a good service with this app. I have spent thousands over the years from George- but now I avoid at all costs due to this app experience
