Just don’t open an account with Guasfcu
Guasfcu is a bank run by college students. Theoretically that shouldn’t be disqualifying, but in practice, at least in this instance, it is. Service is bad. Communication is bad. Knowledge-base is lacking. Features are so so dysfunctional. Just don’t bother. And definitely don’t go here for anything other than a checking account. It’s hard to get money in. It’s hard to get money out. Seriously terrible.

Love this app! Makes mobile banking app easy, and I can transfer funds from external accountd in a pinch. So many great features!
Face ID
Good app. I wish Face ID worked. It appears as though it’s set up but doesn’t actually grant me access once my face registers. It just stays on the loading screen.
Good app, but no landscape orientation
Lack of landscape orientation is a real problem on a 12.9" iPad Pro.

Incorrect Balance Info
The app never shows my incorrect balance information. It need to be fixed.

transactions don’t show up until a day after they’re processed... lots of issues with check deposits.
