Notchaway creek

It would be very interesting to see an article on notchaway creek during the time it was blocked off from us property owners & the public. When Jones reasurch acquired property on both sides of the creek & fenced it off to keep anyone from fishing in the creek!! I think this happened in the early 80s. & the locals proved it was a navigable waterway. No different than what’s going on at yellow jacket shoals on the flint river
