App not connecting to fan
Got the fan yesterday and have been trying to connect the phone to the fan but it’s not happening. It’s so frustrating. The fan is in the same room as the internet router and still it’s failing to connect and find the device. Have tried multiple times on two different mobile phones. Am annoyed that such a simple and straightforward procedure is turning out to be so difficult. Bought the fan just for the convenience of connectivity and that very feature is giving me trouble.
