I’ve been walking with your app for over 2 years, saving my gift card points to buy birthday presents. I’m on an older iPhone 8+ and NOW can’t get into your app because I can’t upgrade to iOS 17. I just lost a TON of points and slot spins because I can’t afford a phone that will set me back a small fortune. Shame on you and your penguin, too! 😭😡

I am enjoying this app for its ease
Ad option doesn’t work well but otherwise great
I really like this app and you can earn points pretty quick. I usually don’t cash out until I have 100k for the largest gift card, but it really doesn’t take that long to get to that point. My biggest critique and the reason I took a star away is because the video ads are super glitchy. For whatever reason it can take several times of force closing the app for the add option to spin the wheel to work. That is super annoying and they really need to fix this issue. It consistently happens. I’m hoping the developers will see this and work on the issue.

Was fun at first but now giving a lot of issues and won’t work
Well this game is having issues I can have 100/200 slot spins but it will throw out an error occurred message after spinning the slot 10-19 times no fix in sight app was fine til 3 days ago when it started doing this weird stuff I deleted the app reinstalled the app my iPhone is updated and I tried to message support and it would let me I’m close to the 60,000 gems mark but originally I would have hit it a day and half to two days ago but at this rate it’s looking at 5-7 days and it’s making this unenjoyable to play. I’ve been playing this app since November and I’m about done with it due to these issues. I have 200+ spins I can’t use after they fixed the 20 spin limit they need to make the spins unlimited again or do something with the extra medals on my account cause having them

Way too many glitches!
I used to love this app but now it’s just not working like it used to. Quite unfortunate.
Not Good Anymore
I’ve used this app for years. Now it’s super buggy, ads won’t load, etc. I’ve seen this happen with other apps right before they shut down, often stealing players’ money/refusing to pay out. I’m hoping they fix the issues and that this is not the case with this app’s future. I’ll change my review back to 5 stars if things change for the better.

The slots are still not working
I’m getting the error message an error occurred again it’s still isn’t fixed I keep getting the error message you still haven’t fixed it and it still does it you did give us 20 per day to fix it and still got the error message Why haven’t you fixed it yet?
Too many ads
Most of the ads are for gambling with some ads longer than 1 minute. Even waiting for the ads to run is stressful
Not working right
So I’ve had this app for about a year and it’s been working great until recently and now every time I try to convert my steps to coins and I watch an ad 20 million times before it will let me do it It’s getting quite upsetting that I have to keep on watching ads and ads and ads and ads and ads before I can even convert 1000 steps I used to like that but it’s really pissing me off. Please fix !

Please Fix What The Last Update Broke
Since the latest update the ads to earn points rarely load. I have spent way too much time trying to get the ads to play to just give up & lose points. Prior to the latest update I have earned several gift cards & truly enjoyed the app. Right now it’s frustrating.

Was working but not now
I wish I knew what was going on with this app. It tracks my steps/mileage but over the last week or so I can’t convert them nor can I play the Lucky Wheel or the Slot Machine. I’m not sure what is going on with it. I’m updated to the latest version and I’ve tried closing and reopening the app. I don’t want to reinstall it because I don’t want to lose my progress. It’s very frustrating.

I have had this app for 2 years and it’s one of the only ones that actually lasts. They occasionally have some downtime for
Maintenance , but they keep everyone well posted and it’s never lasted more than a few days. You get a lot of opportunities to earn gems. I cashout $5-$10 from this thing at least twice a month.

Scam
This game tells you the server is under maintenance. It’s been under maintenance for days now. I think it is a scam so that they don’t pay give you any points so you can’t get gift cards. There are other apps that don’t do this!!
Was good, now it’s fish food
I have enough to redeem, but that stopped working. And way too many ads. Oh well, they made their money and are hobbling the game now.

This app has turned into an ad app just to show ads. You can’t do anything but watch ads. It used to be a fun app that paid you to walk/drive. You can’t do anything NOT claim your gems WITHOUT watching ads every second. Can’t even spin the wheel or do the slot machine.

Loved this, now it doesn’t work
Will no longer work on my phone. Open app it says it cannot be activated because it needs updated but there’s no update available through the App Store. My guess is because my phone is an iPhone 8 Plus and more apps are becoming iOS 17+ but this is so upsetting
Not worth it
I like WeWard and Scrambly better, this one isn’t worth the time, instead of converting your steps at the end of the day, you have to do it 10 coins at a time with a ridiculous amount of ads. I know ads are part of it, but this one is too much, I dread going on the app converting
