GeoTapp TimeTracker keeps the hours of people who work away from a desk: on site, in clients' homes, out on the vans. You clock in when you arrive and out when you leave, and the phone records the time and the place where the button was pressed. In between there's the break: press it when you stop and the timer stops with you, so the hours left are the hours actually worked. Those clockings turn into the report: what was done, by whom, when and for how long, with the breaks written down instead of buried in the total. It's the document that settles the argument with the client before it starts. This is not surveillance and nobody is followed through the day: the location is taken at the moment of a clocking and of a break, and nowhere else. An active company license is required to use the app.
