Geotarget is a geography quiz game where you are given a place name and must drop a circle on the world map to indicate its location. Your score depends on how accurately you place the circle and the radius you choose.
Scoring is based on the radius of your placed circle. A smaller radius earns more points, with a maximum of 1,000 points for a 50 km radius. If the target lands outside your circle, you receive zero points.
Geotarget features 971 places across four categories: 162 countries, 161 capitals, 471 cities, and 177 landmarks and sites. Each place is presented with a photo and interesting facts.
Yes, Geotarget is designed for offline play. All places, photos, and flags are built into the app, so you can enjoy the game without an internet connection. Only the daily leaderboard requires a network connection.
Geotarget is available in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese, making it accessible to a global audience.
Geotarget has an age rating of 4+, indicating it is suitable for young players. The game's educational nature and simple mechanics make it a good choice for learning geography.
