I have iPhone, just switch on Bluetooth pressed both buttons on trainers and connected then opened app and connected on that.

Frustrating and disappointing
One of the shoes won't connect. When I try to add custom text, app switches to landscape mode and cannot send the text. Cannot operate app in vertical mode. Keyboard covers the input text area. Really crappy.

L’application reconnaît la chaussure puis bug. Recommence à chercher, puis rebug. Donc impossible de personnaliser les chaussures.
Der Schuh behält leider keine Einstellung und resetted bei jedem ausschalten
Schade, an sich echt cool für die Kids, doch sobald der Schuh aus- und wieder angeschalten wird, läuft das Geox Banner mit den Daten des Schuhs und nicht der vorab eingestellte Text.

Regalate ad un ragazzino che vive in brasile non riesce ad ottenere la app per gestire le scritte su google play in quanto ha un account brasiliano.... cosa che non e’ specificata chiaramente nelle istruzioni

My son was so excited to receive his new Geox with the capability to write messages but alas, nothing I do manages to connect the shoe to an IPhone. I have tried the reset on the shoe and downloaded the App to another iPhone but nothing doing. Geox please advise.
