Много лишнего в приложении а цифрбалов почти нет. Самому сделать - мало настроек

Приложение не видит часы

Здравствуйте! Часы 4G PLUS, телефон iPhone 11 Pro Max. С 04 января приложение считает, что часы выключены, хотя они прекрасно звонят, сим-карта исправна, тариф с интернетом оплачены. Переехали с дачи в Подмосковье в Москву и ничего не изменилось.
