List order
Well done guys, you managed to screw the app up even more. Now the shopping list has no reason for the order by aisle or department or even name. What’s the point of even creating a list now!!!!!!
Newest version sucks!
They made it was more difficult to add items to a shopping list.
Removing coupon search was a dumb idea
Now, if you just need to check to find out if you remember to clip when you gotta go through the whole bloody list. I’m blind and this is very annoying.
This app gets hacked
Mostly good, but sometimes buggy. Also, prone to hacking. Do not store your payment card because they will do nothing when you are hacked. If you do store a card, make sure it is a credit card and not your bank card! The credit card will at least help you with fraud, and you won’t be cleaned out. My hacker even shared his personal information. They don’t care. Hackers can also access your name, address, phone number, and the full member ID for later use.

Exceptional App
I love the convenience of clipping coupons, adding things to the cart and submitting my order for a same day pick up!

UGH. This horrible app is why I rarely shop at Gerbes
UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the developer, but it is counterintuitive to click on “Savings” to view coupons (why not rename this function “Coupons?”) then another click to view the digital ones I have clipped but there is no way in the app to to add the clipped digital coupons to my shopping list, so I have to navigate between the two lists with several clicks! Why bother? Still not gonna shop at Gerbes, mostly because of this useless app.
I really like digital coupons and this app has a lot, but once you clip them they disappear into a black hole, never to be seen again. They do NOT get added to your shopping list, and there is no way to view the ones you clipped as a stand-alone list; you have to write them down or somehow remember what you clipped. This is impossible if you clip more than a few or don’t get to the store immediately. A useless waste of time.

This app is never works and what it to. You should also stop using the digital coupon system.

I love the app but do wish the option to “add to cart” from the weekly flyer was there. I see you can add to list but I usually just shop that way.
Robust application with many great features but missing one important feature.
The list of suggested items is so very very long.I wish there was some kind of management system to exclude items you’ll never buy.Or somewayEdit the list so that certain items can be hidden at please temporarily. Or once you select an item it no longer appears on the list of potential offerings. A list is just way way too long to have to scroll through to select your items.

Frustrating
This really wasn’t user friendly. I had to have one of my coworkers help me and it took quite a while to figure it out.
Won’t let me see my coupons
Regardless on if I have working WiFi or using my phones cellular data, the app won’t show me my coupons to use for purchases. It repeatedly tells me to “refresh this page”. Then after refreshing it proceeds to say the same thing as before I refreshed it. I know it is not a connection problem because the WiFi & my phones data will load everything else on the app & everything off of the app. Please fix this problem. Until it is the app is only worth 1 star.

Not enough pick up times available
In Store great- pickup??
I’ve always loved this app. And when using it in store it’s excellent. However when shopping for a pick up it’s a little confusing and difficult to add items to cart.
Pretty good usually
I usually love using the app. Lately I don’t even have an option to pick a time slot. Luckily the Gerbes staff was nice and held my order, but definitely a pain that is making me contemplate using another store for groceries.

Not flexible
Store & company are not on the same page about adding to existing order,app doesn’t allow quantity on substitutes items,overall user friendly but not great & no resolution .i have already spent an hour of my time dealing with this,so it turns out it’s not very convenient!
