Can’t create an account
When I try to create an account, the spinner turns into an X and disappears with no error message and nothing happens.
No widget , no Apple Watch
Please fix this issues...

You must be using two or multiple users accounts with the same e-mail address. That is not possible any more. When you reset your password, it only works for the first username you registered. If you have any further questions, please, contact the customer support at GERDALOCK.
