Helpful but pretty primitive
This must be a very old app. It is very basic in logging in and entering times etc. but it is the only one labeled GERD and it does have a tab for tracking food and symptoms.

AI generated app with shady developer
This “developer” blows up Reddit posts in communities with fake accounts to plug his app. Basically tries to convince people that are struggling that his app is the only solution. I downloaded the app, paid for it (just to see what he’s selling), it’s horrible. Cheap money grab.
