My German bestie says this accent is the right one. She is from the Bavarian region of Germany. I’ve tried other apps that pronounce Ich as “ish” which I’ve been told is an eastern German accent.
Love the choices of topics to learn. The only thing I would change is that the app would say die, der, das when teaching nouns. It is written, but that means you have to look at the app to learn if it’s masculine, feminine, or neuter.

I’ve learned at-least 15 words in only an hour, I’m a slow learner. It’s actually surprisingly good!
My learning style
I love learning a set group of Deutsch each day. Being elderly it is excellent way for me to retain a little at a time.

Awesome app for German. I am German and have been wanting to learn it. But I am giving it three stars because I paid for the full version and payed $12 and did not get it... please refund me or give me the version l!

Does not include gender of nouns in audio
It is pointless to use this app if you want to passively learn German via audio. Why? For some reason, the developer has decided to exclude the gender of nouns in the audio.
Basic knowledge is good
Heading to Germany for a few months and wanted some basic knowledge… this app did the trick!! It’s fun and easy. I highly recommend.
Loved it but Could do so much better
. Most of its categories are locked.but it looks like it would be better if most of them Wasn’t locked. And the practice speaking was as good, recognizing and responsive as Babbel. And there should be a button to add more words when ur done with the ones for The day instead of going back to change the number of words for the day

Incredible tool!
I can’t believe how fast I’m learning to speak German. Was able to carry a 10-min conversation with a native speaker this weekend after using the app for only 2 months. Was I perfect with my grammar and pronunciation? Not yet, but I made myself understood and I could follow their responses (or ask for clarification) without too much trouble. Love the way the app gives me control of the pace of learning, daily stats to motivate and reflect on my process, and makes it so convenient to squeeze in a few minutes of practice throughout my busy day. My only worry is what I will do once I have mastered all 1200 words in the app.
