Not really an app
The contents may be OK, but as an app, this is a meager offering. It is basically a set of pages with a slide-out table of contents. If your eyesight is not good, don't even bother, as there is no way to adjust the text size.
Avoid
I bought this and regretted it. Offers nothing cheaper apps offer. Full of sloppy errors. For example, the entry for verb prefixes lists the inseparable but not the separable prefixes. Idiocy in such an expensive app. Lingolia German grammar is far more comprehensive.

The Best
I'm a family of iDevices/Macs and living now in Germany for a few years (from the US). To help us all learn German as quickly as possible, I found this app on the Mac App Store. After using it quite a bit, I was delighted to discover iPhone and iPad versions on the iTunes Store. It is by far the most comprehensive, yet succinct, tool for learning the details of the language. One can immediately, along with basic vocabulary with its gender and plurals, become proficient in German in a very short time. Memorize, practice, memorize, practice. Consult German Grammar from time-to-time!

This is a great reference
I am so glad that I purchased this app because I use it all the time and find it very helpful. It is very straightforward and simply designed which makes it easy to find the information you are looking for. I know some may balk at the price but I find it totally worth every cent. If you are looking for an essential grammar to have with you all the time, I can't recommend this app enough.
