Hello! We love the app but wondering why we cannot buy a subscription to keep the app working. I keep getting prompted that the in app purchases are not allowed.

Really sorry you're having trouble, and that it took me so long to notice this review and reply! I'm not sure why it wouldn't let you purchase, but we recently released an update to the app that changed how subscriptions work (same price $10 per year for all devices in your family), so if you can just update to the latest version, it should work. Grateful for a podcast safe app like Gertrude AM. Spotify and the podcasts app have too many inappropriate podcasts, that are very easily accessible.

Great app that covers a real gap in the market! It’s great to be able to block most podcasts and allow what I want. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while! Only thing is I’d love is if there were a way to either save podcasts or have a place where all downloaded episodes are generated. Apple Podcasts has this feature and it’s nice to have a playlist of sorts of episodes I want to listen to. Also a play next feature would be cool as well. I’m currently on the free trial but can see myself paying for the year. Thank you! :)

Gertrude AM is an awesome app! Finally we can choose to open select podcasts to our teens. It even gives us the option to block the podcast’s images… What a great idea! Thanks so much for making this app available!
