Doesn’t export Notes

This exported 2800 contacts really fast. But it doesn’t export notes or other miscellaneous fields such as related name. I wasn’t really expecting the miscellaneous fields to work, but I WAS expecting Notes. Notes is very important to contextualize the contact. So it’s not usable for me.

Response from developer

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’re glad to hear that the export speed worked well for you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding missing Notes and other fields, we understand how important Notes are for providing proper context to contacts. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience while we improve the app.

keine Sonderzeichen

Damit leider nutzlos. Schade

Note: ungenügend

erfasst nicht alle vCard-Felder

Easy

It works almost perfectly. The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to select which fields we want to export. Actually, the software does only a minimum of fields and the names must be set correctly.

Great Performance and simplicity at its best!

We tried several other V cards, CSV conversion applications, and after overpaying for others that didn’t work, this works right away and dollar for dollar is the best value great app

Response from developer

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the great performance and simplicity. Your support truly means a lot to us!

Just works

Faffed around for a while with other apps then downloaded this for £1.99 and it just worked.
One suggestion: it wouldn’t read in a file but had to be imported into your address book first. The ability to read in an external VCF file in order to import as another file type would be very useful.

Does exactly as described

No messing around - I’d spent over an hour trying, with no success, to turn a .vcf file into something readable. For £1.99 and it did it instantly.

Useless

This app puts all of the address into one cell with no commas. Makes the address useless.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback! Our app supports the CSV format, which can also be opened in Excel. If the address appears in one cell, it’s easy to format it. If you have any concerns or further suggestions, feel free to reach out to us at our support email. We value your feedback!

No support for contact groups?

Looks like it’s all-nothing-or add them manually one at a time. I’ve spent time creating contacts groups, and paid for this app to be able to export those groups to csv. Too bad for me.

Totally Useless

Doesn't allow you to select groups or even address book accounts!

Not as useful as it could be

It would help if we could select which contact lists to export.

Response from developer

Thank you for your valuable feedback! We're constantly working on improving our app, and your suggestion to allow the selection of contact lists for export is duly noted. We understand the convenience it would bring, and rest assured, we're considering this for a future update. Stay tuned for enhancements that will make your experience even better!

Can't export more than one file

Can't figure out how to export another file - the file I exported originally didn't have all the data.

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing your concerns. we would appreciate more detail to address the export issue, please email us at contactconverterapp@gmail.com

Disappointing

The App transfers 90 % of the data into a useable CSV format, and then lists the Address city and Country in new rows rather than in respective columns for the person.
it is the same in CSV?Excel format and the PDF Version.

I am running MacOS12.7.2 and this is useless and a waste of time and money.
