Cheek to dispute a failed service
The app doesnt even work, you click UK and it auto signs to ireland who have a complete different booking system. You dispute the payment because it is a failed service and they have the cheek to dispute and challenge the claim. What a laughing stock!

Randomly decided to not give me the option to choose my preferred city and even when tests are available i didn't get notified.

I downloaded paid for it set the centres I’m interested it updated it because I wasn’t getting any notifications then app changed I can’t log in

Brought the app for 12.99 for notifications only to have to buy it again and pressed uk put on uk tests and once I bought it. It is only showing Ireland and I’ve emailed and had no reply

The app doesn’t work in the uk, but they won’t mention this, they offer an option to pay in uk pounds, and they will not respond to any attempts at contact. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!

Paid for premium but can’t use again, it’s all reset now. App use to be named ‘TESTI’ but name is different now. No email or notification of changes. I hope I get a refund.

Doesn’t work in the UK
You pick either UK or Ireland when you download the app, I chose UK but it only sends Irish cancellations so pretty useless.
