Pitiful you have to pay
Such a shame they have to charge you to do visits. The entire jail system is all about money. They charge for everything. Not everyone can afford all these fees.

This app is a rip off, it advertised a free trial but then charged me to open it, and after I paid it allowed me to see a small list of facilities that it serves, and my loved one is not in any of them. Don’t waste your money. Get the legit app called “Getting Out”

A complete and total scam!
I cannot believe Apple has allowed this app on their platform. It does not work; you can't even get past the install screen without signing up for a $5-a-week subscription. After paying for the subscription, I still get nothing but failures. The app refuses to advance past the installation screens, showing errors repeatedly. Tech support is nonexistent. Their older apps were terrible, never worked, and now their new one is even worse. These people exploit family and friends who have loved ones behind bars by overcharging them for texts, calls, and videos, and by releasing poor-quality apps and websites. They should be sued for civil rights violations; they are an incompetent, immoral, and completely corrupt company that needs to be removed from the Apple platform.

All of these inmate apps are a total scam and only work to steal your money. I have deposited money on my account to talk to my fiance and it keeps showing my account as $0.00 balance.
Can not use in all states
If I could give a negative review I would total scam! And you apparently can’t do anything about it! Going to sue somehow because I can’t cancel subscription and it hasn’t even started yet on free trial but still signed me up for a prescription and I don’t want it can’t use it in Kentucky don’t waste your time or money trying to use total scam!

“free trial” but it costs you a week of access you don’t get.
I signed up for the free trial before finding out I had the wrong app and cancelled the subscription same day. Three days later and every day since my entire apple account is frozen behind a mandatory billing update because of a failed payment to these goons getting stuck in my pending transactions. When I go to cancel it, the subscription is already cancelled (as of the last day of the free trial), apple won’t do anything on its end, and i can’t even report an issue in the app because I deleted it that day and, surprise, my app store won’t download it again until i pay for the subscription i do not have :)

I am being charged, and I can’t even use the service. My love one is not on the list of approved facilities. I signed up and canceled in less than minutes.
Confused and swindled
Very confusing there are a few different apps you have to get is it’s and then you can’t get your money back. It’s it’s it’s the jail system whatever but it works.
Poor UX
App is Stuck looping through two screens. $6.99 weekly subscription? & Upgrade to Unlimited. Needs work. Have heard it works & is definitely a great idea to maintain communications. IF. If it works.
Extremely limited
Only 12 facilities available nationwide. Get the other getting out visit app. The other one is also free
Not so easy
When it pops up showing another inmate just to show you how it works, it throws me off. Now I have to figure how to get to priding and inmaye I want.
