I really appreciate this no nonsense app. I feel more in control and optimistic.
Helps me focus on the right things
alot of what Im learning in this app was not new to me. But if I am being honest with myself just because I had the information doesn’t mean I changed my mindset. Deep down I was still very much focused on the wrong things. I feel like my mindset is changing and I am spending more time focused on what I want and not what I don’t have.
