You guys have to login using your IC and same password as the web. Luckily I had this idea came across and bamm, I’m able to login. But to great eastern, you should have QA/QC this app before release it to the public. If were to compare with other insurance company app, this app is worst.

I have problem with log in issues even using same password when i log in through website. I can’t reset the password using this apps as it keep loading and taking so much time and at the end “kosong”. Have been contact the developer mecare but unfortunately they told me that this apps does not belong tp them. Pls help.
