Flaky connection
I have a getflix account, the vpn connects when it feels like it. There are some days when it works fine and other days it just keeps trying to connect but never does. It doesn’t matter if I try every server. This system is incredibly unreliable.

Buggy and impossible to adjust or close
On Mac OS Monterray, upon opening the app it appears in the top status bar and you can select a location. After that, it disappears and there seeem to be no way to get the config window back. Also when running, no sign of it in running apps and the only way to stop is to reboot!
Works Fine for Me
Not sure what’s up with the other reviews but it works perfectly fine for me, I have it setup on a lifetime sub, allowed it to create VPN all good.
Waste of time
Put it simply, I spend more time trying to connect and failing than I do actually using it. After trying various different locations, most days I just give up.
Doesn’t work
Getflix doesn’t work, support keep telling they’re fixing it but the wait goes on.
The free demo worked, once I paid it stopped working.

Trash DNS
The app is buggy and frequently crashes. Customer/app support is non-exsistent. My IP address was confirmed and my DNS portals were setup correctly but the app still wouldn't connect. Customer support has still not gotten back to me over a full week later. Don't bother with Getflix and find another option.

Absolute Rubbish
Unintuitive, and doesn't work even after you figure out how the app functions. Doesn't connect to anywhere in the world...all it says is "Connecting...". Other VPN apps connect almost instantly. Worst app I have tried in a long, long, time.
They stopped my internet on my iphone
After hours of troubleshooting my house wifi and reset phone network. I realized this app might be the culprit. So i deleted and now its working . They should mention if the kill switch is in effect.
Mac with Notch
Doesnt play well with Macbooks with notches such as Macbook Pro 14 inch. This app has the tendency to shrink the entire Macbook display because of the way it opens its menu.
Easy to use
This app makes it so much easy to use the GetFlix VPN. Previously, I used to install Tunnelblick and manually configure it. Maintaining the list of VPN Servers and manually configuring was always tedious. But with this app, it's as easy as search the country of choice and connect. Done!
I have used it for typical internet browsing and the performance is good. I have not tested it with any streaming services yet. I'll update my review when I do that.

Bought lifetime subscription and it is useless
Subscription does not work
Despite taking a subscription, app does not work!!
Has been broken on iPhone and iPad for 8 months now. Don't waist your time!
It works fine on the desktop, but using the same credentials on iPhone it shows that I have a 24 month subscription, but doesn't show an end date. It also doesn't connect to any servers. If you are looking for a VPN for your thhone, this one is not it.
Doesn’t Work
I purchased the lifetime subscription, but it shows Free Trial and wanting me to pay another $199 for a lifetime subscription. This is a rip off. I now understand why the app is rated 2 stars.
