Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it. GetFree is built differently from similar apps. Our core goal is to create a platform where developers can share free promo codes and early access in order to find beta testers and real users for their apps. Because of that, the experience may feel lighter compared to apps that simply aggregate thousands of existing deals. We’re currently on version 1, and this is just the foundation. We already have plans to expand the platform with a more robust discovery system, additional apps, and new features over time. Regarding subscriptions: they are not about prioritizing money over quality. Running the platform (infrastructure, moderation, and development) has real costs, and subscriptions help us sustainably improve the app and continue adding value. We’re intentionally starting small, listening to feedback like yours, and building carefully rather than rushing unfinished features. We understand there’s still room to grow, and your feedback helps guide what we build next. Thanks again for giving GetFree a try — we hope future updates change your impression.

Promo code not working

Thank you for your feedback. We will be adding more filters so that its more clear which apps are free for lifetime or for certain periods of time. We improved our backend so claiming codes should work better now! If you have any other feedback or concerns, email support@getfree.app

We are currently still on version 1, we are actively working to improve every aspect of this app. When it comes to claiming codes, we will be adding more instructions on how to claim. Some require you to enter the code in the App store, others require entering the code in the app with the redeem code button. If you have any more concerns or suggestions, email Support@getfree.app
