With the GETHAIR Coach App, you can easily link up with one or more trainees to create feedback on your trainee's results. For this, your trainee should have the “GETHAIR Trainee App” installed. Conversely, you can accept invitations from trainees. Invitations are sent out for this purpose and must be confirmed by both parties. If you are accepted as a coach by the trainee, you will receive the results of each completed training with a request to provide feedback. As a certified coach, you create a professional feedback based on the information sent and rate it with stars. The trainee thus receives your assessment and suggestions for improvement of his or her results. Make sure that you create your feedback promptly. Your trainee is waiting for your feedback and how many stars he/she has received from you. All results and your feedback are automatically documented. You are always informed about the training status of your trainee. You can link up with an unlimited number of trainees. Both you and your trainee can disconnect the link at any time. After the link is broken, your trainee will be removed from your overview list with all data. It is important for you to know that the feedback data remains visible to the trainee.
