Dont waste your time getting your meds from this app. I waited for half a month for my order to be delivered. I made several follow ups to track my order cos it has been 16 days since. And then suddenly i got an email saying that my parcel has been successfully delivered when i never received my parcel at all!!! I paid for the meds and i dont know if they even shipped it. This app is very slow. Their partner PAYO is also useless. So dont waste your time buying from this app. This app dont even deserve a 1 star.

Eta does not show until checkout. I was hoping for same day delivery due to the price of delivery fee but 3 days pa pala. No cancel button as well. What a scam!!!

Just call your nearest drugstores for deliveries instead. This is a waste of time.

Sobrang bagal ng app. Dalawa lang order ko, inabot ako ng isang oras dahil puro loading. Nung pag ka complete ko ng order, after few hours, may tumawag. ang ending, out of stock pala yung isa. So kinancel nalang at umorder ako ulit. Ayun inabot ulit ng napakatagal. Not recommended. Sorry!

Poor customer service
It has already been weeks since I’ve placed my order but until now there is still no updates from the team. It’s also hard to get a hold of them as their line is always busy and they are unresponsive to emails. Do yourself a favor by saving your time and opt for a different vendor.

I ordered the full box of medican but i am receiving only 15 tabets and than i order tablet amount 115 rs but when i m received than charge range 333 rs. Wrost site

Cancelled Order without explanation
Placed an order yesterday then got the confirmation email yesterday then today I got the cancellation email without any reason. Tried emailing them no reply. Order has been fully paid but no update regarding my refund. Do not order from this scam company!
Very accommodating and fast
Ordered through my App and got my orders - same day delivery. The moment my order was successful, I received a message and email that someone will call me to confirm and somebody did after an hour or two. Received my order the same day as promised. Thank you

Very slow delivery
Bought meds thinking same day delivery. Delivery date doesnt show until you purchase. Mine will be delivered 3 days after purchase. My patient will be dead by then. Tried to cancel purchase, no button. Reached out to nr and email no response - just great! Waste of time and money!
