Now abandoned by developer
I loved this app and used it religiously for all travel for about 8 years. Sadly, it has now been abandoned by the developer, so really annoying bugs like the category titles getting stuck in the middle of the screen got on my nerves enough that I have given up. I have just tried 6 other apps and none do the job for a family quite as well, so it’s disappointing, but I guess I can’t really expect them to keep up maintenance forever.

Really useful
Great app. Going to Greece for 2 weeks. Really useful and customisable. I really liked the auto generated of things to remember. Easily worth the paltry pittance that they are charging.
Doesn’t scroll well
This app would make packing easy if it would scroll when I run my finger over it. However it doesn’t. It’s a bug that could be sorted. Good product.....get it working.
Very difficult to find fault
I have used this app for several years for different kinds of trips and find it indispensable.
Once you get the hang of it and adapt it for your language (it doesn't use English English, it uses American English but that's fine once you have changed the meanings once - from pants to trousers for instance - you can use previous lists as a start for future lists) and it saves them all in iCloud so I still have all my lists. Just make sure you don't tick something off before it is definitely in the bag! No socks in Italy last year!

A good App-a bit slow to sync' compared to other Apple based platforms-but not a show stopper ! It's good to have a dedicated App for travel lists and the ability to sync/e mail plus 'easy to add' photos makes all the difference - well done !
Very nice
I’ve looked at (and paid $ for) a bunch of these packing apps. This one is the best one I’ve run across. Ease of use, sophistication, and beautiful interface. The problems with most of the others has been bugs and quirkiness.
We’ll see if GetPacked is more robust. For now, I give it 5 stars.

Good concept, sloppy finish
App keeps crashing while I personalize my list. A pity, because I had high hopes of making my packing easier!
Waste of money
Crashes every time I try to create a packing list. Liked the design and the items listed all seem good, but that's all irrelevant if I can't actually use it!! Don't waste your money.

Absolutely brilliant !
This is genuinely one of those "how did I manage without it" apps. Excellent range of built in items and clever enough to know what you are likely to need. The ability to add those peculiarly personal items, as well as being able to customise the To Do list means it is flexible enough to cope with any eventuality. Fantastic.....

Disappointing
The transfer file to/from iPad to iPhone does not work. File is not recognised. Developers don't seem bothered as it has been like this since at least February.

Echt leuk voor de mama's. Je kan zelf dingen toevoegen nadat de app adhv jouw bestemming een packlist maakt. Persoonlijk print ik hem altijd en dan maar lekker afstrepen!
Love this app
Like another reviewer I couldn't delete or amend the lists, so I contacted the support e-mail address and got a reply back very quickly - was very impressed by that as I have contacted other app support in the past and never had any response at all so 10 out of 10 for that. I had been trying to delete and edit when my Ipad needed charging but once this had been done I found that the editing worked well. And so I now love this app. Hopefully I will never again get where i'm gong and find I haven't got what I need.

Great App but slightly confusing to start with
This is a great App and I have just completed my first holiday listing for a 2 week cruise so there are lots of different items needed. The program worked very well and handled everything very well. The reason for not giving 5 stars is like a previous reviewer I did find it confusing to start with and I also cannot find a way to delete things. I think with a few tweaks and a bit of refinement this App would certainly be a 5 star for me.

Don't get it
This app has such great reviews i bought it. But it's confusing. First, there's no sync between iPad and iPhone. Second i can't find a way to delete packing lists. I experimented and accidentally have loads of packing lists now. Need to delete them, but how? Third, on the iPad i couldn't find any way of changing the descriptions of packing lists- it seems to auto name them according to the place and dates which is fine, but you might want to customise the name. I am sure it can be helpful so i have given two stars, but these are flaws which make it non user friendly and i found this out just in the first moments for trying it out. They should offer a one day free trial. It's a rip off and the bad grammar in the pop up instructions is not confidence inspiring.
