списывает деньги после сдачи павербанка, штраф, за якобы потерю 3 к, плюс нерабочая поддержка, настоятельно не рекомендую

Сдал повербарк, приложение думает, что еще у меня. Поддержка не отвечает….. потому что ее нет как таковой
За потерю компания просит 3 тысячи рублей, а деньги копятся!!!

Не работает сервис в Депо 3 вокзала. Москва!

Привязала приложение совершенно не работ, время пошло и оплата прошла, аренда, сотрудники не понимаю что делать и как помочь. Совершенное безразличие и не идеальная работа сервиса

Мошенничество и никаких услуг

Полная дрянь! Взяла зарядное устройство, мгновенно списали деньги, оно или разряжено или неисправно - ни один штекер не работал (проверено на трех устройствах). Поддержка не отвечает, телефон - один автоответчик, в приложении обращение не отправляется.
Самая дорогая стоимость, никакого сервиса - деньги списали и свалили.

Взяла повербанк за сутки 250, вернула, второй день списывают деньги и сообщения до техподдержки не доходят это че такое? Я студен прошу прощения у меня и так денег нет а вы еще и каждый день по 250 забираете
