À peine installé aussitôt supprimé, il faut d’abord créer un compte pour voir ce que fait l’outil ce qui un bon moyen de se créer une base de données de client à pas cher et une fois le compte créé on vous annonce le prix. Ben rien du tout je vais voir ailleurs…

Odd results from time to time

On the web all seems correct. The ios version goes nuts at times and shows outrageous amounts and percentages. And other times it seems fine. Can’t really trust it.

Thanks for your feedback. Due to legal and also technical restrictions we are not able to offer every connection in every country. That´s why we also offer additional import method like the AI Import, which would allow the import via CSV or transaction statements from Trade Republic.

Once it was a great app!

Why would you change a static scroll top bar for assets to drop down menu? Who is approving these changes? You just don’t make changes to UI to do work, they need to achieve something! You guys went backwards with latest update!

Thanks for the feedback. We got quite often the feedback, that it is to difficult to switch between different account types in our mobile version. So we worked on an alternative approach. If you don´t like this, please reach out to our support why you don´t like it, so we can note any kind of feedback we get for future improvements.

Love this app

It is really good UI and shows aggregate data tor multiple accouns. Would be good to get avg prices of a stock in my portfolio. This will make it more powerful.

Too expensive

It’s good app but wayyyyy to expensive. The most I would pay is £2 per month. Anything more is a ripoff. Trial is also way too short

Franchement, l’application est très bonne. J’ai testé plusieurs applications pour suivre mes positions : Snowball, Finary, Yahoo Finance, et chacune a ses spécialités que j’apprécie.
• Finary est clairement plus orientée vers l’analyse des dépenses quotidiennes et de l’immobilier.
• Snowball ressemble davantage à Getquin.
• Yahoo Finance, je l’adore pour la réactivité du tracking des ETF et des actions, surtout pour des produits comme PUST, ESE, CL2, WPEA, LQQ, dont la cotation est quasi immédiate, contrairement à Getquin.

Cela ne fait pas très longtemps que j’utilise Getquin, mais je suis convaincu que l’application a un énorme potentiel face aux autres. J’aime énormément l’agrégation via l’IA pour importer nos avoirs : sur ce point, Getquin est clairement au-dessus de Snowball.

Cependant, le gros point noir pour moi reste le décalage de cotation des actifs boursiers, et notamment des ETF. Il y a souvent un jour de retard, ce qui est très pénible au quotidien pour suivre correctement son portefeuille, surtout quand on est actif ou que l’on compare avec d’autres applications qui proposent une cotation quasi temps réel.

L’application est très pratique, mais il manque encore plusieurs fonctionnalités importantes :
• la cotation en temps réel (ou au minimum beaucoup plus réactive),
• le retard récurrent sur les ETF, vraiment handicapant pour le suivi,
• certains produits qui ne fonctionnent pas, comme FRSGE001LIN4.

J’aime aussi le fait que l’on puisse importer d’autres types d’actifs, mais ce n’est pas encore assez poussé, notamment pour :
• l’immobilier (résidence principale, locatif),
• les revenus locatifs, le TRI, le cash-flow,
• l’estimation des biens immobiliers en “temps réel”,
• l’or (pièces, lingots), où le suivi manque de précision.

Enfin, le tarif n’est pas vraiment compétitif face aux autres acteurs du marché. Au vu des manques fonctionnels actuels, et notamment du problème de cotation des actifs boursiers, cela n’incite pas à choisir Getquin plutôt qu’une autre application plus aboutie ou mieux positionnée en termes de prix.

C’est pour cette raison que je garde encore mes comptes sur d’autres applications, car aucune aujourd’hui ne réunit tout ce qu’il faut pour être parfaite.

You can track gold, silver and also brent oil with real time quotes also in our app. https://help.getquin.com/en/articles/8287140 Just use the ISIN to import them. Our intraday data is in most cases from the L&S Exchange and the Stuttgart Exchange. If your securities are not listed there, then we don´t have access to intraday data, unfortunately.

AVOID

Application that doesn’t work with lots of errors and especially with financial instruments showing wrong prices and in the wrong currency. Help desk not friendly, promises to solve the problems but does nothing. Better a manually updated Excel sheet. Disastrous. Refund requested according to contract terms because the app doesn’t work and denied.

API is down

This has been down over a week now and doesn’t look like it’s being fixed any time soon.

Super disappointed to see a company not fix this in a timely manner when it’s affecting customers.

I can’t say I recommend this app because it has just gone down hill from the lack of care.

Thanks for your feedback. As shown on our statuspage, was this issue on fix from the external provider. But as we can´t influence their priorization or speed, this took a while. But Plaid connections are back online for a while now.

Mistaking a comma for a full stop

I have just got this app, and uploaded my portfolio from Trading 212. The system detected my 11.89 shares in games workshop as 11,890 shares it did this with several other as And gave me a starting valuation of over £1,117,000! As a result all my profit and loss calculations are pathetically inaccurate! Makes the app useless I tried to get the AI to tell me how to fix it but was only allowed five questions and nobody has answered on the Help Line

Don’t use if you have vanguard account

It have a lot of useful features but unfortunately wouldn’t let me connect to my vanguard account. Their customer service is fairly useless, never give me a timeline for when they would fix the problem. I just deleted the app even though I paid for the yearly subscription sine it’s pretty useless if I’m not able to import my portfolio.

Thanks for your feedback. Broker connections are always a third party service and not offered inhouse. If we receive a timelime for improvements from external partners, then we guaranteeo share them. But often this is not possible and to avoid granting wrong promises, we can´t guarantuee a timeline there.

Just OK

Lots of promise in this app, but I cancelled when the free trial was up because:
- too buggy: slow scrolling, very slow adding assets, and also the widget kept being logged out. No use if I can’t get a quick view on the value of my assets.
- too many non-value features like news feeds and clutter. I know how this goes internally at tech companies but I promise that your users want the core features to be seamless and smooth, we don’t want clutter and distractions
