App is horrible
I love Gettington but the app is terrible. Nothing ever come up when you search. Navigation is horrible.
Awful app
Search doesn’t work and it’s hard to find items. Most of the features on this app does not work. Also Shipping is ridiculously high!
Useless App
Login takes a while. No Face ID or Touch ID. Every couple of days the login resets username. Always redirected to website, because the app only lets you view your due date. Prices are almost steeply overpriced. Some items are double the cost of retail. Shipping is ridiculously expensive. You will lose an arm and a leg.

Could be Better
The mobile website is easier to navigate and use. The app looks like it’s stuck in iPhone 3G, it freezes and needs to be refreshed constantly but when i click refresh i lose the item i was looking at or the spot on the list of items where I was. I tend to give up and not bother trying to find something after a few minutes because of it.

I love shopping with Gettington but-Unable to open anything I click on. Same with website. How do I shop when it is loading forever?
Not working
Since their website doesn’t work I decided to download their app & use it instead but that’s not working either. It shows that their app hasn’t been updated in over a year so not surprised anymore as to why it’s not working. Got approved & was happy to shop for some things but that’s not going to happen anymore since nothing is working with them.

This app has never worked on my phone and I never have any other problems with any other apps

Something went weird keeps telling me to upgrade to new version won’t do anything. Deleted reloaded nothing help

Worked better before now all it does is ask to upgrade and you can’t and it is useless this way very disappointed

At first, I was excited to have everything at my fingertips until I went to shop. The "app" just links you to the website. It's a good start but it would be better if we can shop like most apps do.
